You probably don’t know me (yet), and that’s by design.
I’ve spent more than 20 years working behind the curtain in real estate.
Not as the person ringing the bell after a closing or standing in front of the SOLD sign on social media, but as the person doing the behind-the-scenes work that helped make those things happen.
I’ve worked alongside agents, teams, and brokers doing the decidedly less glamorous work of turning big goals into actual plans: building workflows, creating marketing systems, sending contracts, chasing paperwork, organizing databases, ordering reports, meeting inspectors, troubleshooting technology, developing training, making checklists, fixing processes… you get the picture.
And somewhere along the way, I noticed something:
Most agents don’t need more advice.
They already know they should follow up with their database. Stay in touch with past clients. Prospect consistently. Track their numbers. Market their listings. Plan their week.
The hard part is figuring out how all of those “shoulds” fit together in a real business, run by a real human being, with clients calling, escrows blowing up, and life happening at the same time.
That’s why I created Real Agent Gear.
I wanted to take the tools, systems, shortcuts, worksheets, and practical lessons I’ve collected and developed over two decades and make them available to agents who want to build a better business without pretending there’s only one right way to do it.
Because there isn’t.
Some agents love door knocking. Some would rather alphabetize their spice cabinet.
Some are natural networkers. Others would happily conduct every transaction through email if society allowed it.
The goal isn’t to force yourself into somebody else’s business model.
It’s to understand your numbers, figure out what works for you, build a plan you’ll want to follow, and keep adjusting as you learn.
No guru stuff. No “wake up at 5 a.m. and make 100 calls before breakfast.” No toxic positivity allowed.
Just practical tools for real agents doing real estate in the real world.
